    Working closely with a process can produce blinders at times.  Our team will analyze your current processes and with your subject matters experts determine more efficient process in order to reduce cycle time and redundancy.

    We will partner with your organization to help your staff effectively move through departmental and/or organizational change.  In addition, we can assist you in planning and implementing significant changes throughout the organization.

  • Customized Training:

    There are times obstacles are due to processes and there are times employees just need guidance and training!   Based on the determined desired outcomes we will build an interactive customized training program with your verbiage and lingo that will focus on developing the employee’s skill sets.  We can have our facilitators train it for you or we can train your internal trainers. What is Our Process? Meet with you: We will meet with you in person or via phone, whichever is most convenient for you to discuss which service you are looking for. Provide you with a proposal: We will provide you with a proposal outlining the outcomes to be achieved, time and your investment. Get to work: Once you approve the proposal and the plan of action, we will partner you up with CDT3’s expert in the area of focus and together we will set up dates and times that work for you and begin the project. Check In: We will touch base with you on tollgates, milestones and ensure we are tracking with the desired outcomes. Evaluate: We want to make sure we have left no stone unturned. We will check-in with you to determine if there is need for ongoing assistance or if you are fully satisfied and be available for future partner opportunities!
