CDT3 stepped in to conduct a two-day train-the-trainer sessions utilizing the client’s proprietary information blended with CDT3’s facilitation proficiency.
After conducting numerous courses domestically and internationally, it became clear that the in classroom instruction could be optimized by acquainting the participants with basic principles that predicated the classroom instruction before their arrival for the course. CDT3 recognized this need and developed a virtual session that was implemented through pre-classroom webinars, equipping the participants to successfully absorb the course material.
