DISC offers several options such as the WorkPlace Behaviors Assessment and the Communicating Styles Report. Both reports will provide relevant and meaningful information regarding your observable behavior. It helps to explain how and why we behave the way we do. Understanding your behavioral style is an important step in improving the conversations and interactions that you have throughout your day. The foundation of the DISC language is the Platinum Rule: “Treat others the way they want to be treated.” The DISC assessment tool outlines not only how the person taking the assessment wants to be communicated with, the assessment also offers guidance on how to communicate effectively with others based on their style. Team Building is essential in today’s workplace. It is critical for people to learn how to work together effectively and to understand how to lean on the different approaches of thought and style by others. The Team Building Version charts out the individual’s approach to the team and how they can most effectively work with in the team. The Team Behavioral Report can combine scores of up to 100.
