We can start at the beginning and help you establish an employee handbook, policies, procedures and/or work with you to ensure you are up to date and in compliance. We offer ongoing phone support and in real-time assistance.

What is Our Process? We Start with a Consultation: We like to sit down either in person or via phone (whichever works best for you!) to have a conversation regarding your organization’s HR needs. We want to understand your needs and how we can best support you. We Discuss the Plan: We will go over all the options available. We put together our HR support in packages with options that make sense or we can explore any customized solutions. We Get Going: Once you have approved of the plan we are on it! We will put everything together and go over it with you. We will make any edits, changes, and/or additions as needed and submit for your approval. We Check-In: We like to make sure we are communicating with you throughout the process. We will touch base with you to give you updates and we are available to you if you have any additions and/or changes. We Deliver: We will send you your final product and check in for your final approval. Ongoing HR Support: (If you choose the option): We will provide ongoing HR Support to assist with employee and manager relations, training, leave administration and any other HR-related concerns.
