What is Our Process? Start with a Consultation: We like to sit down either in person or via phone (whichever works best for you!) to have a conversation regarding your organization’s talent needs. Discuss the Process and Timing: We will discuss prescreening qualified candidates, timing, job description and salary information for your opening. Get Going: Once you have approved of the plan, we are on it! Our goal is to get your positions filled as quickly as possible with the absolute best fit. Check-In: We like to make sure we are communicating with you throughout the process. We will touch base with you to give you updates and we are available to you if you have any changes for us. Deliver: We will send you the top talent to interview and assist you with the hiring process.
